Cheap Single Pushchairs
The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a tight budget and don't require an extra stroller that can be used as car seat carrier. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip-flop user-friendly.
It's also easy to push and feels solid when navigating kerbs or woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold.
1. Babyzen YOYO2
The Babyzen YOYO2 has built a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its nimble maneuverability and fold that fits in the overhead luggage of an aeroplane. This latest version boasts independent suspension on all four wheels that is made from Hytrel Elastomer, which allows it to effortlessly navigate through all kinds of surfaces and terrain'.
The YOYO2 frame base, curved fabric bassinet and 6+ month colour pack come together to make a stylish and elegant pushchair that's easy on the eyes and has a subtle but elegant aesthetic and tasteful branding. The frame itself weighs less than a kilo and is so light that you can lift it directly from the box (and do it with one hand).
The hood, for instance snaps onto the YOYO2 with a reassuring way. It's also machine washable up to 30 degrees which helps avoid staining caused by smushed and mashed carrot puffs and rice cakes. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as an infant stroller. It could also be converted to a stroller by 6 months with the YOYO connect additional chassis.
2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore
The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great choice for parents who are looking for a versatile stroller wagon. It transforms from a stroller to wagon just by flipping the handle, so parents can select the mode they prefer for their trip. The wagon is able to accommodate two or more children between 6 months to five years old. It has a huge storage basket that can accommodate all your needs when you are on the move.
The Xplore also features dual canopies that move from the front to the back, offering ample sun protection for all family members. It also has a footwell, which is not as deep or wide as other wagons, which means it may not be ideal for long-distance trips or napping.
The frame of the Xplore is solid and sturdy, although it does not have as much flexibility as other wagons we have tested. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competitors and it doesn't secure when folded. It is easy to move, however, and fits through narrow doors of 28 inches.
3. Delta Children LX Side by Side
This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents looking for a second stroller that's affordable. It scored highly in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, meaning it is lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store into a car trunk. It also comes with the option of reclining in multiple positions and a parent cup holder. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
In our test of push and turn it performed better than many of the other strollers of a similar price we tried, but it's not the easiest to maneuver on uneven ground or through doorways that are narrow. Its sunshades are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a significantly larger canopy.
The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual and all of the components required tools. But, it's lacking some critical features we believe it is important to consider as non-negotiable features for a double stroller such as an extra-large basket and reclining seats that have adjustable leg rests.
4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1
The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's newest pushchair and is marketed as an urban travel system. It can be used from birth to around 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be converted easily with just a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats and comes with the lightweight Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-in-car base and a reversible carriage.
The seat can be reclined with one hand and the large shopping basket makes it simple for parents to take their child in and out. The narrow pushchair sailed through all day bumps and doorways with ease.
The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position and can also pivot. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to swivel while walking along an uneven path. It handled this reasonably well, though it did seem to be a bit more bumpy.
5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2
Baby Jogger is famous for their 3-wheeler, all-terrain jogging pushchairs, but they also make a good selection of 4-wheel strollers. The City Tour 2 is one of their most sought-after models. It is simple to fold and fits easily into the trunk of a car even with the carrycot attached.
It weighs more than other strollers we tested, but because it has composite wheels made of rubber it feels solid and well-made. It is easy to maneuver over various terrains and even with two kids as well as a shopping bag and other things.
The carrycot and seat both have hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are strong and waterproof, unlike other prams hoods which can be blown back onto toddlers faces.
It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a change bag or plenty of groceries. You can also connect it with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to use a stroller on the move.

6. Nuna Mixx Next
Nuna Mixx was a stroller that won the hearts of a lot of parents when it first came out. It is an aluminium-framed stroller which can be used from the infant's first days until. It has many standout features, like the capacity of the seat to flip between parent and world facing as well as a large UPF50+ canopy with an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.
The chassis is equipped with a built-in suspension system which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam, which reduces punctures. It was simple to push and our tester was able to maneuver the car through narrow streets.
It folds in just four steps and locks automatically without fuss. It also stands and can be trolleyed for easier transport in the car's boot or down the stairs at home. The travel system is also included with the option of adding an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors included. The brakes come with a single action and are colour coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.
7. single pushchairs is easy to use and has a great dual suspension. It folds using just one hand, and comes with a handy carrying strap. It is also lightweight and durable. The seat can be reclined into several positions. It has a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable for babies from birth.
The canopy/seat comes with two big sun visors that are either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn’t ideal because it's not as quiet as Velcro, and can wake up napping babies.
The Duet is a side-byside stroller and can be configured to accommodate twins or other siblings (up to 22kg max per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and some carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can be placed so that they face each one. They can also be set towards the parents. This should reduce sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It has a huge bottle holder, gear tray snack tray, and the ability to change mats. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a compact fold.
8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.
The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger for parents who love to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers you can purchase for your child and offers excellent safety features such as a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It comes with a different kind of hand brake that is different from other models that are a twist.
The seat is very comfortable and provides plenty of space to sit. However, the seat depth is smaller than that of other runners (it's just about 10 inches") The storage bin comes with an enclosed zipper to help keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.
The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most bassinets and car seats for infants, but you can use them from the very first day using adapters that work with brands like BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It's simple to fold and assemble in 5-10 minutes without any tools. The instruction manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
